Never per seat
Unlimited team members and hosts on every plan. Invite the whole company and your bill stays the same.
Never block a visitor
Going over a limit prompts an admin to upgrade. It never stops someone signing in at your door.
A free plan that works
Free is a complete visitor book for a small office, not a time-limited trial.
How much does OK200 Visitor Management cost?
The Free plan costs nothing and needs no credit card. It covers one location with up to 100 check-ins a month, 90 days of visit history and unlimited team members. Pro and Business plans are coming soon; their prices have not been published yet.
How will paid plans be priced?
Per location, never per seat. Every plan includes unlimited team members and hosts, so adding staff never changes your bill.
What counts as a check-in?
A check-in is one visitor signing in at one of your locations. Team members logging in, and visitors signing out, do not count.
What happens if we go over 100 check-ins in a month?
Visitors are never blocked at the door. Sign-ins keep working, and admins are told the location is over the Free plan limit so they can decide whether to upgrade.
When will Pro and Business launch?
They are in development now. Every feature on this site is marked "Available now" or "Coming soon", so you can see exactly what works today. Free accounts will be able to upgrade when the paid plans launch.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. You can create a free account and start signing visitors in without entering any payment details.
Is there a contract?
No. The Free plan has no contract and no commitment. You can stop using it at any time.
