Pre-registration will let your team invite visitors before they arrive. Each visitor gets an email with a QR code, and checks in by scanning it at the kiosk or on their own phone. This feature is coming soon and will be included free on every plan.

Questions about pre-registration and qr check-in
Can visitors check in on their own phone?
Yes, that is planned. A QR poster at your entrance will open a check-in page on the visitor's phone, so no shared tablet is needed.
Will it work with my calendar?
Automatic pre-registration from Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 meeting invites is planned for the Pro plan.
