Is there really no user limit?
Yes. There is no limit on team members or hosts on any plan. Plans differ by location, check-in volume and features, never by number of users.
Can I control what each person can do?
Yes. Every plan includes four built-in roles, Owner, Admin, Receptionist and Host, each with set permissions. Custom roles are planned for the Business plan.
