Visitor Watchlist and Sign-In Approval
The visitor watchlist will let you flag people by name or email. When someone on the list signs in, admins get a silent alert, and you can optionally hold the kiosk on a neutral "Someone will be with you shortly" screen until an admin approves. This feature is coming soon to the Business plan.
