Visitor sign-in for schools

Schools need to know which adults are on campus at any time. OK200 Visitor Management replaces the paper visitor book at the school office with a tablet sign-in and a live list of visitors on site. It is a simple, free starting point; some school-specific features, such as watchlists and badge printing, are still in development.

The challenge

Knowing who is on campus

Office staff need an accurate, up-to-date list of visitors, contractors and volunteers on site.

Visible, readable badges

Many schools require visitors to wear an identifying badge while on site.

Emergencies and lockdowns

In an evacuation, schools must account for every adult on site, not just staff and students.

Questions from schools

Does OK200 meet school visitor requirements?

Requirements differ by school, sector and state, so check your own policies. OK200 gives you a digital record of visitors on site today; watchlists, badge printing and evacuation roll call are planned.

Can parents and contractors sign in?

Yes. Any adult visitor can sign in on the kiosk. Visit types, so contractors, volunteers and parents get different sign-in steps, are coming soon.
