Visitor sign-in for construction sites

Construction sites need an accurate record of who is on site for safety and emergencies. OK200 Visitor Management lets visitors and contractors sign in and out on a tablet at the site office, and gives supervisors a live on-site list. Safety questions, site rules and evacuation roll call are planned.

The challenge

Who is on site right now?

In an emergency, supervisors must account for every visitor and subcontractor on site.

Site rules before entry

Visitors often need to acknowledge site rules or answer safety questions before entering.

Crews arrive together

Subcontractor crews arrive in groups, and signing each person in by hand is slow.

Is OK200 right for you?

An honest answer, so you don’t waste your time.

Questions from construction sites

Can visitors answer safety questions before entering?

Configurable safety questions and site rules, with an option to stop a sign-in and alert an admin, are planned for the Pro plan.

Does the kiosk work without internet?

Not today: the kiosk needs an internet connection. Offline sign-in that syncs when the connection returns is planned.
